From the reviews
My husband and I had our wedding at the Inn. We couldn’t have been happier with our special day. The owners Jim and Yvonne were very accommodating. The wedding coordinator Caroline made our wedding go off without a hitch. The wedding venue was especially gorgeous during the sunset.
I recently had my wedding at Salem River Inn and it was the most perfect night. When I initially toured the venue I was taken back by the view when entering the venue. Yvonne was great with communication and helping the day run smoothly.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with our experiences at the Salem River Inn. Our wedding included a full vegan (and mostly gluten-free) menu, that all our guests (not just the vegans) raved about.
Celebrated our wedding here on September 3, 2022. From start to finish our experience with Yvonne, Jim, and The Inn at Salem Country Club exceeded our expectations. They made our experience effortless. They helped in the small and the big details of our big day and throughout the entire process.
Getting married at Salem River Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
