This was our first stay at Sea Oats, and it certainly won't be our last!! The facilities were immaculate, clean, accommodating, and quite honestly, more than we expected.
Sea Oates is wonderful place for family reunion and reconnect. Home and guest house is perfectly decorated to make you comfortable. Staff is outstanding and go out of their way to make your stay amazing.
This is one rare example where pictures do not do something justice. We had an amazing 4 days. The grounds were very well maintained and what a great location right on the waterway. The rooms and the common areas were spotless. We can never get the 25 family members together again we're definitely going to stay here.
Sea Oats was so perfect for our large family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, yet great gathering areas. Loved being on the canal- so much to see and do. The ocean was beautiful !
Getting married at Sea Oats Luxury Estate
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
