Nice, modern center, great place for big conferences. Provides sound, coffee and tea, also you can separate in the different rooms/areas for small groups or discussion, rooms upstairs have great view of the water. All together it was good experience. P.
Beautiful large facility with many breakout rooms and services. The facility is a work of art inside. The halo lighting is mesmerizing. Information screens are located throughout the building, and the room identifying plaques are digital so they can change.
Attended the Iron Chef goes Coastal event and thoroughly enjoyed the event and venue. The Convention center was clean and easily accessible. The event was fun and delicious. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of stalls. No line at all for the woman’s room. Parking is good, too.
Great location on the river and close to the ocean. Large and small meeting rooms. Good food. Attentive staff. Big bathroom. Very positive.
Getting married at Seaside Civic & Convention Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
