Had my wedding reception there. Great space and came with chairs and tables. Everyone was great to work with and the price was great! The outside was beautiful looking over the water and guests and kids enjoyed going in and out to move around. Def recommend!!

We rented this beautiful venue for my daughter's sweet 16. The place exceeded our expectations!!! We were able to set up the whole place how we wanted and everything came out perfect. Beautiful view on the water to take pictures near. The kitchen very accommodating. We had a very smooth transition.
Attended friend kid’s naming ceremony event. Looks perfect with partitions that separate event and food section. Looks like it has a full sized kitchen. View backside is great! Decent parking space.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
