Southern Waters is absolutely beautiful!! My husband and I just got married there in November and it was a dream come true. Tom and his staff are amazing to work with. Tom is very organized and knows his stuff.
It truly was lovely. My niece had her wedding here and the grounds were beautiful. It's a gorgeous country setting nestled in a well-trafficked area but we heard nothing but the music of nature. The staff was accommodating and worked with my niece for the various special settings she planned.
Tom and his team are wonderful to work with and made my wedding day stress free! The grounds are gorgeous and the food was amazing! Being able to relax and enjoy my day getting ready with my girls was the greatest gift! I highly recommend!

Getting married at Southern Waters
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
