Terrific experience staying here for 4 days. The rooms have recently been redone with all new decorations and finishes. During our stay people were all over the property constantly wiping railings and cleaning everywhere. The attached restaurant is all white and over looks the ocean.
Been here 3 years in a row for our wedding anniversary week. We absolutely love it! We bring a toddler with us now, and it works out perfect. The private beach access/proximity to the parking lot makes it so easy to load up all the beach gear and lug it to the beach.
I was actually pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Normally, when you are dealing with a beachfront hotel on a smaller scale, you don't get the best of accommodations. However, spray beach oceanfront hotel delivers a perfect stay. Clean and quiet with access to the ocean.
Lots of positives about this hotel. Location is incredible, steps from the beach, has a very family friendly vibe. Short drive a few blocks into heart of town filled with things to do. Room was clean, fridge was cold, AC worked great. Parking lot is huge and right outside your room.
Getting married at Spray Beach Oceanfront Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
