“Nice place right on the beach, has pool and showers to wash off all the sand before getting back into car, restrooms and shades if the sun is too hot.”
From the reviews
Very clean and well maintained. Rumor has it, there is an alligator living in the pond next to the beach club, though I've never personally seen it. Excellent place to come hang out.
Great little place to go to! You will always have a beautiful view of the water! There’s tables with chairs to eat, drink, and socialize. Without doubt worth going to the Saint James Plantation Beach Club is a great idea!
We've lived here at St. James for the past 1-1/2 years and this is the first time we've been here. Very nice, clean and pleasant place to spend time. Will use the Beach Club more often 😉.
very friendly place to take kids for a swim before or after the ocean the pool area is small but intimate and cozy thank you St. James!
Getting married at St James Plantation Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
