We had our wedding at the Fernandina location. It was a challenge as we were close to maxing out venue capacity with the number of guests we had but Elizabeth went above and beyond to help us plan the best layout for our ceremony and reception.
We had our wedding reception at Summer House this past weekend and truly was an unforgettable experience. Elizabeth has been so helpful and professional from the start of planning 9 months ago and worked closely with my planner to make our vision come to life. Cannot recommend this venue, Elizabeth, or her team enough!
We enjoyed our company party at the Summer House Venue. It was tremendous. !! Room for everyone, music, food, drinks, casino, dancing, announcement of awards..... It was decorated beautifully and the staff made it run smoothly. Thank you for such a lovely evening. We will be back to party there again.

Getting married at Summer House Venue Collection - Amelia Island
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
