I cannot say enough good things about Summertide! From the location to the service to the amenities - everything is sure to set you up for a stellar trip. We visited for my birthday weekend with some friends.

Awesome little place to rent a cabin on hood canal. They also have spots for your camper or motor home. Nice little boat launch and store where you can get your fishing license and a few random snacks , canned and frozen food or a case of beer if you need it. Bev is the host and she is one awesome lady.

Had a night available so we made the trip out to Sumertide in our 37’ RV, we had a nice space with water, power and grey water dump, easy access and nice water views. Staff was helpful ensuring we were able to park. Marina, and beach was beautiful for sunsets and the morning coffee. Dog friendly, will be back soon!

Last week, me and my family had a very enjoyable, memorable and very relaxed experience in SummerTide Resort. We stayed in Yawl, and it's a very cute place to stay. The view is fantastic. The entire resort is very nice and clean.

Getting married at Summertide Resort and Marina

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
