Our stay was very pleasant. We came for the Wine Fest and always love staying in the Nye Beach area. So close to everything and perfect to walk everywhere. Accommodations were as pictured and the home well cared for. Super cute and quaint with a stunning view.
This place was an absolute gem in Waldport! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The parking was convenient, the beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept so well, which isn’t always the case when traveling!), and the home was spacious enough for our whole family.
We had a wonderful stay with our two kiddos and dog. From the pictures to the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The wall of windows, open concept, and expansive deck made the home feel much larger. The bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds, bedding, and extra blankets.
Beautiful weekend in a beautiful home! We wanted for nothing. Home had everything and more! The experience was amazing. The Alsea Bay is the back yard! Seals bobbing in fun each morning and night. Birds of every kind throughout the day and evenings. Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, Chickadees and so many more.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
