Booked Tewksbury Lodge for a baby shower. From the minute we walked in to look at the Lodge the people could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or professional. Absolutely amazing experience from the start to the finish. I highly recommend this venue for any event. I will definitely go back and book again.
This is a great place for an event all year round but it is especially great on a nice day because they have an awesome porch that looks out over the water and a side yard full of great green space. We set up games out there for a family party and it was awesome! It made it feel like we were at someone’s house.
Best wedding venue! Great food, beautiful property, and most of all fantastic staff full of love and passion. They made our wedding unforgettable for us and all our guests! Will be booking all our future events here!
Getting married at Tewksbury Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
