I had such a fabulous experience renting The Angel’s smaller, Pitkin Room for my baby shower a couple of weeks ago. The space was beautiful and perfect for a party of about 60, with plenty of extra room for all of the kiddos in attendance to run around too.
Lisa Levart and I co-facilitated a workshop at The Angel Nyack in March and were thrilled with the experience. The lounge on the ground level was comfortable, quiet enough for discussions, and the perfect size for a circle of 15 people to gather. The service and support we received from the staff was exceptional.
Angel Nyack was the perfect venue for our 60th birthday party celebration. Susan and the whole staff were delightful collaborators, the space worked perfectly, the location is ideal, and the value for price is outstanding. Highly recommended with no reservations.
Getting married at The Angel Nyack
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
