Awesome spot! Everything you can need and ask for with a super friendly and informative host. The rooms were clean, cool, bed was very comfortable, amenities were all there, strong WiFi, classic cozy comfortable and very safe. Hot water/AC etc. Good value for the price.
rooms are very clean, service is by far excellent! I feel as if the location to go to the beach is phenomenal, it is NOT a long walk at all! Robert is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met down here. He is so kind not only to our children but everyone I see him talk to.
Right next to the beach on a dead end street, this cute little hotel offers the best of the best for an even better price! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and just last week went back down for the holidays, it was everything we remembered it being!
My wife and I with our two boys recently stayed at the Beach House and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms are immaculate and cozy. There isn’t a pool, but the hotel is just steps from the beach, so who cares. The location is great. It’s a short walk to Johns Pass with plenty to see and do.
Getting married at The Beach House - Treasure Island
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
