The beach club was beyond perfect for our wedding day. Not only is the venue beautiful, but Michael, the Manager, is incredible. Michael was so helpful and responsive from even before we selected the venue for our day.

What a beautiful location and wonderful staff. My daughter's wedding was held here last week and could not have been more perfect. Definitely need to check this place out before committing to other venues. Definitely more value for the money spent.
The beach house is an amazing venue that’s close to, but not on the beach. We had our ceremony on the outside lawn, cocktail hour on the back patio, and reception inside which worked out perfectly. Michael was very nice and helpful with the whole process.
Getting married at The Citadel Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
