From the reviews
My husband and I got married here a year ago and it was the most beautiful day and experience. The venue was stunning, the food incredible, and the staff supremely kind. We just enjoyed dinner there on our anniversary and were treated to the most delicious meal and the warmest welcome from all of the staff.
This private beach club was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ian and has just reopened after a major renovation. The photos are from the ground level casual dining and bar. There is a more formal dining area on the second floor. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were excellent.
The beach was beautiful, lots of shells mixed in with the sand. Plenty to bring home. A quiet few hours enjoyed, watch out for that sun if you're not from around here. They say there are Gopher Turtles around everywhere but I wasn't fortunate enough to see one today. Will be returning again before vacation is over. $8.
Wonderful beach and experience. Had waiters to help with chairs and umbrellas, as well as food and drinks. The beach itself is beautiful as well.
Getting married at The Club at Barefoot Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
