Great condoooo for a vacation rental. Short drive to a wonderful beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. Awesome pool the ambiance is great with the infinity pool and hot tub. And you get to watch mostly old men tee off in front of you. The spaces are very spacious but the parking is tight. Would visit again.
This is a high-end place that is in a beautiful setting. It's safe and close to two shopping centers. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and the condos are very clean, modern and quite livable. I've stayed there eight times during the last decade and I've never been disappointed.
Awesome place to stay! We booked through Resortica, and I thought the service with them was very good. I got the right amount of information from them and had no issues. We stayed in a 2-2 condo, and it was very clean and comfortable, as was the common areas of the villas. The entire place is well maintained.
The location is amazing! You can walk to the shopping/food plaza, it’s a longer walk to the beach, but still doable. The beach itself is amazing, some palm trees give shade, some corals and stones in the water provide snorkeling opportunities, soft sand is great and the entrance to the sea has no rocks and no sea…
Getting married at The Fairway Villas
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
