We got married at Greenpoint Loft in June, and it was incredible. I was initially concerned about the blank space aspect, but our caterers handled everything perfectly, so it wasn't a huge deal. There is only one elevator up to the venue, although it is large.
I got married at the Greenpoint Loft in October of 2024 and everything went so smoothly from the initial tour of the loft all the way to wedding day. They allowed us to tour the space multiple different times with our families and were easily available via email to answer any/all of our questions.
Beautiful venue where we celebrated our daughters wedding. DIY to your hearts desire. Staff, beginning to end, attentive and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. Work with their list of vendors, they are fantastic. Highly recommend Greenpoint Loft for a memorial wedding.
We attended a wedding reception tonight at the Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn. Without a doubt, it was certainly the best dinner I've ever had at any large gathering, and probably the best meal I've ever had, period. The salad was unique in every aspect, and sumptuous.
Getting married at The Greenpoint Loft
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
