I booked this venue for my wedding so we could have a ceremony on the beach and a venue right next to it for the reception! The reception was supposed to be outside in a tent, but Hurricane Ian came out of nowhere and the tent pulled out. Martha and Mr.
I remember when the last Dewitt daughter lived in this house. She was elderly, and the grass would grow tall. I was told she would not sell. Everyone around her had sold out to hotels. I loved her spirit, and that she stayed. I sit on the porch in the rocking chair in the morning when I come to the beach.

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
