From the reviews
Rooms were not luxurious but very adequate. Clean, comfy and quiet with all the amenities. The location is a hidden gem. Nice private pool and patio overlooking the ocean. Location is quiet, small and local as opposed to larger commercial sized facilities.
Service is excellent where you are talking to humans instead of someone responding with what their corporate policies dictate. Right on the ocean with the sound of waves crashing easily heard through an open window. Rooms are clean and beds firm but you won't mistake the interior for a Marriott.
This place in my opinion was an hidden gem. Me and my wife spent one night here for Valentines day and had a great time. We ended up getting the kitchenette room which also had a tiny living room area. It was very charming and showed us what it could be like to someday have our own place or apartment together.
We spent the past weekend for my husbands birthday and it was truly the best weekends I've ever had at a hotel! The staff is sooo friendly! The view is breathtaking, the pool is small but charming so if you're traveling with little ones it's the perfect pool and I got a one bedroom kitchen suite it's a cute room and…
Getting married at The Inn at Sunset Cliffs
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
