Joes Hampton House is the best! We got married October 2020 and had a small wedding ceremony. Joe's house was the perfect location for our wedding dinner and for family and friends to stay the weekend! The house has everything you could need & more, and the backyard pool setup is perfect.

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
