It's my opinion that Pebble Beach is the most beautiful place in the US and the resort is the perfect augmentation of that beauty. The Lodge is the definition of a first class hotel. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are perfectly accommodating, and the views are unsurpassable.
I’ve stayed here twice now July 2024 and again in July 2025 and both trips were incredible. Beautiful rooms with unbeatable views, top-notch service, and such a relaxing vibe. The restaurant was just as impressive great food. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to.
Besides their breathtaking views the moment you enter the lobby, they’re amazing great customer service from each one of their staff members from cleaning crew to luggage pick up to barman anything you want they will provide.
I stopped in during a cruise on 17-mile Drive and by chance, they had an open table. Kind of an unintended bucket list checkpoint. Got a quick bite and a glass of prosecco, taking in the view and people-watching. Grilled artichoke was great; friendly service.
Getting married at The Lodge at Pebble Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
