Well if this isn't the biggest hidden treasure that isn't hidden. Food.. TOP NOTCH. Service.... AMAZING. Location..BEAUTIFUL. Can't express how impressed I was with everything here. Even if you are just looking for a good meal outdoors with a nice view then hit this place up.
I hosted my wedding and rehearsal dinner here this summer and was SO HAPPY with how everything went. The event coordinator Sara is wonderful - knowledgeable, calming, and so communicative! Everything was perfect the day of: rooms were stunning, food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and kind.
It is great to see this architectural gem open again! I had a salmon salad while sitting on the outside terrace and it was a great salad with a great view. It seems as though they are currently somewhat understaffed, but my server and the gentleman at the desk were both very cordial.
Getting married at The Mansion at Keuka Lake
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
