The first thing that strikes you is your upstairs, you open the balcony door, and you hear the ocean coming into your room. This is awesome! It’s true the rooms are older and dated. But the value is beyond.
Absolutely love this warm hotel, the owner is active and has created a wonderful environment. The rooms are literally on water. You cannot get closer. A nice seafood restaurant is immediately next door. This hotel is modern and clean, safe and has the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Love the sound of the ocean?
Such a great place to spend the weekend. We had such a great time meeting Ann and getting to know the area. Very close beach access, restaurants and coffee shop. Though you won't need to leave because this place is stocked with food, snacks, coffee and even Ice cream!
This hotel is right on the water! The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to the more expensive room for free.
Getting married at The Oceanfront Beach Villa
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
