From the reviews
The best place on earth for a family. The beaches are at your doorstep and uncrowded, they don't have a lot of rooms so the atmosphere is laid back and friendly, the water is nice, you can look for shark teeth and soak up the sun, they have everything you need with charcoal grills and everything you need to grill out…
Everything about The Pearl was great! We lived our visit and did not want to leave. The room, the staff, the beach, the overall location...it was all wonderful. Anyone looking to visit the area, please consider The Pearl Beach Inn. You won't regret it.
My wife and I have been searching for years for a place that genuinely quiets the noise of everyday life. We found it at the Pearl Beach Inn on Manasota Key, and we will be coming back again and again. This is not a property with "beach access" — Pearl Beach Inn sits directly on its own private beach.
Wow! The videos and the pictures could not be more accurate. This was our first visit and I’m not sure how anyone goes to a public beach again. We will definitely be back. The beach closet is full of chairs/umbrellas and all the things you need to sift for shark teeth.
Getting married at The Pearl Beach Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
