A beautiful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey. The views from the room overlooking the boat deck and the city are spectacular, especially at sunset. One of my favorite parts was walking through the hallways; the collection of famous paintings makes the hotel feel like an art gallery.
We were looking for a wedding venue with water elements, and loved that the Ritz-Carlton is right on the marina. It was great getting to tour in person as a potential wedding venue, mainly because of the 11/10 hospitality that Jessica showed us.
The rooms are a lil outdated for the price but can’t beat the view. I didn’t take many pics when we were there bc it forsure needs a remodeling. But I love the ritz we always stay at the ones in Arizona
Amazing hotel. This was one of the best showering experiences I’ve ever had. I want to shower for hours at this hotel. Bed was super comfy too. And pool is nice. Great location too. I love this place!
Getting married at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
