My experience at The Seabird was absolutely awesome. I recently stayed here for a conference, and the event facilities are amazing. The space accommodated our group of 80 people comfortably and featured a great stage setup. I imagine this property would also make a spectacular venue for weddings!
An excellent stay and I can see why they've won so many awards. The service is top notch and the rooms are so clean and updated. We were very comfortable and loved our stay. Family friendly pool had great views. The beach right across the street is average at best.
Clean rooms a short walk to the beach. The hotel offers concierge service on the beach with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and body boards. It was a great experience. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the parking. You either have to do valet or city parking. Valet was extremely friendly and great service though.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
