Phenomenal dining experience. The service and the food were top tier. I had the Boat to Table catch of the day, which was red snapper. I ordered The View style, which came pan seared with coconut lime sauce, served over white rice and delicious roasted mixed veggies.
What a great place to spend time enjoying dinner. We ate downstairs and outside. In addition to a really good steak, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset through the palms. Our ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium rare. The salads were fresh and the cocktails, well, wonderful!
Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, with a supreme view! The Ahi Poke Nachos were wonderful. The poke was light, fresh, and flavorful. The spicy aioli added a great kick, and the cabbage slaw provided a bright, crisp punch to round out a great bite.
Our server Keith was great! And our food was delicious thanks to Chef KC and his crew! 👍 The family and I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you The View.🫶
Getting married at The View at St Joe Bay
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
