From the reviews
I recently stayed at the hotel while I was in town teaching a training class, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Johnny for his outstanding hospitality and customer service. From the moment I arrived, Johnny was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful—definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We had a ladies group meetup during the day. It was one of the ladies birthday. What a gorgeous place! We took pictures n videos everywhere, what views we saw from the rooftop! Shout out to the manager Ahmed he was so accommodating gave us tasty small bites, exceptional customer service.
Good place to stay if you have a car. There isn't much available in walking distance. It has a small beach area next to the patio seating. The hotel looks to be renovated recently. Rooms are comfortable and clean but the drywall in our bathroom ceiling had water damage.
Getting married at The Westin Tampa Bay
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
