This place is top notch! The owners were so accommodating! My brother had his wedding there and due to the shut down they were unable to have a reception, which was a little disappointing, but, the owners allowed them to have immediate family visit in the basement and it actually turned out to be a great time!!!
My husband and I got married here and the experience was wonderful. The owners are nice, helpful, and very responsive. The chapel has a traditional feel and a wedding bell which we loved. Definitely recommend!
My (now) wife and I got married here mid December ‘21. We couldn’t of been happier with the way everything went! Michael & John are two of the nicest people ever! John kept us in the loop on everything and emailed us what he was going to say during the ceremony so we could preview it and make changes if we wanted.
Very Beautiful chapel to get married at!! We got married here over 5 years ago and it was a small intimate wedding exactly what we wanted but it’s a very nice chapel to even have a bigger wedding. They have a nice area to even have a reception party!! Decorated so pretty and everyone was so nice and helpful.
Getting married at The Wyandotte Wedding Chapel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
