From the reviews

Three Falls Cove Country Inn and Vineyard is a hidden gem in the Texas Panhandle and it achieves that status because of the owners, Rebecca and Kirk. Rebecca was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay and made us feel like family.

This is a must see / must stay place !! It is very relaxing and peaceful. You can fish , paddle a boat, and row a boat on their lake. There are also a few trails you can take to see hang out by the waterfalls. We recently stayed the weekend for our anniversary and they made it feel special.

Truly a hidden gem. Quiet, peaceful pond with beautiful grounds, light hiking, homemade cookies, and countless thoughtful touches to the experience from the on-site owners. The loft room felt private and was both stylish and incredibly comfortable.

We came to vacation and do some fishing with family and friends at Three Falls Cove. We stayed at the Water's Edge Cottage and had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing weekend. The fishing was so much fun and the cottage was an awesome place to hang out right by the water. Beautiful views. Awesome hiking trails.

Getting married at Three Falls Cove

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
