From the reviews
We were initially considering hosting our wedding on our property but decided to explore local venues to see if something might work within our budget. A quick Google search led us to Washington Woodland Estate, and after touring the property, it was clear there was no comparison.

An absolutely gorgeous estate! The grounds are immaculate and full of seasonal flowers. The rooms were lovely, and Mark, Donna, Colleen, Bob, and Christina could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We rented all of the rooms and the carriage house during a nearby wedding, and everyone loved it there!
My husband and I went here for our anniversary. This place is so beautiful and the staff were polite and friendly. We learned a little about the history of this place and it was all interesting. The garden, the flowers and the chickens we loved it all! The carriage house had it's own private hot tub! Highly recommended
Getting married at Washington Woodland Estate
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
