From the reviews
We were blessed to join in the celebration of our friend's wedding. Sadly it was rained out put the stsff quickly put together an inside space beautifully accommodating... The space was beautiful and relaxing.
We stayed at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel to celebrate our anniversary and booked the Romantic Package. From the moment we checked in, the experience exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautiful. Views of the lake are fantastic. The staff are amazing. My daughter left her favorite blazer in the wardrobe and upon discovering this, I called the hotel for assistance. They located the Blazer and shipped it to her immediately. She received it the very next day. Outstanding customer service.
We stayed with 4 other couples to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff's hospitality stands out. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places to relax. The view is amazing. Additionally it's conveniently located to great restaurants, the park, and the wine trail ☺️
Getting married at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
