From the reviews
My partner and I have been coming here for a few years now since moving to Washington and it’s absolutely to die for. Our favorite getaway and the most relaxing time. We come each anniversary and this year we got engaged here! Forever our special place!
While driving the coast we randomly came across this campground and ended up staying two nights. We had our cricket trailer with us and took one of the RV spots. It sits at the end of a gravel road off the main road and it's right on the coast. Every spot has a view of the water.
Whiskey Creek Beach is magical! My husband and I slept in one of the a-frame shelters. We stayed warm and dry. So cozy lying in my sleeping bag looking up at the stars. Beautiful views. Grounds and facilities are clean and stocked. Exchanges with the owners were positive. We had cell service the entire time. Loved it.
Cabin is beautiful, instructions to cabin were clear. WiFi is spotty so don’t plan on having this be an internet work trip if that’s what you need. Perfect for sitting around and watching the ocean. Close to Olympic national park for hikes and not far from cape flattery for a day trip.
Getting married at Whiskey Creek Beach NW
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
