The staff could not have been nicer. My elderly Mother who I brought along to ride in the cart and experience the fresh air was treated with respect no issue not even a rider fee. Had a blast on the course the great salt pond made for a beautiful backdrop on the back nine.
I had the opportunity to play a round at Winnapaug Country Club during my coastal trip through Rhode Island, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience on the water.
Was beautiful day in January (45 degrees) and had a pretty good crowd. Pace of play was pretty good and the course was in pretty good condition for January. Was very happy and coming back as much as I can this winter. Keep it up! its so nice to play in winter with such a nice course with great views!

Getting married at Winnapaug Country Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
