My sister for got married here and I’ve been to a few weddings here since then. Beautiful hall, a little on the smaller side, not sure who the caterer is but food is really good.
We were at Ateres Matel Leah for a Sara Schneirer graduation and it was the perfect spot for it. The hall is beautiful, spacious, and has that great balance between classy and comfortable. Everything was set up so nicely and you could feel the simcha in the air.
The banquet hall at the Manhattan Beach Jewish Center presents an excellent option for those in the tristate area looking for a more moderate option of a wedding venue, with their unique floor plan, exquisite decor, and free valet parking, among many other features.
Beautiful magnificent weddings. Modest and made tastefully. Foods great, Chuppa was really beautiful and everything was really well done 🤍
Getting married at Ateres Matel Leah
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
