Who cares about Disney, this place is truly magical. I can't guarantee what you will see on the property, but it's beautiful. Flowers and stunning grounds with a private beach. Our cabana had a spectacular view of the ocean.
We loved our stay at the Atlantic Bay Resort! We wished we had longer than our 2 night stay. The location was great, and we appreciated the peace and quiet that the resort offered, even though it was close to the highway. The rooms were cutely decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed.
A fisherman’s paradise! Had a boat ramp to launch at. Ample dock space. Freshwater hoses everywhere to rinse gear. Beautiful beach and pool. Ice. the rooms were fantastic. Wife will be very happy at the resort while you’re out fishing. Beautiful view of the bay.
Our family had the best time at the resort back in Feb 2025. The rooms are clean and modern. The resort itself was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accomodating. You get a nice view from the pool. We were lucky to see some dolphins swim by their private beach!!
Getting married at Atlantic Bay Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
