My husband and I stayed in October for a Friend's wedding and it was the best place to stay in the area, and one of my favorite places to visit. The new host is amazing and went above and beyond for my dairy allergy. I've never had anyone be so accommodating.
We had a fantastic stay at Barcelona Lakeside B&B! It’s a charming setting with the vineyards in the backyard and lake at the front. Our Tupper suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of travel.
Quaint, quiet, inviting. Nadine was such a lovely host and makes the best carrot muffins ever. The grounds are very inviting. In the evening we enjoyed sitting in the lawn chairs next to the fire pit watching the sun set over the lake.
Nadine is the best host! If you are traveling through the area you will not be disappointed. The B&B is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Perfect place to stay if u are hitting the wineries or just enjoying the area.
Getting married at Barcelona Lakeside Bed and Breakfast
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
