There's a pretty good restaurant on the 2nd level of this event center. A person I went with liked the baked potatoes and I liked the sandwiches. The prices were very reasonable too. The seating area is quite nice with good views but beware of the wasps on the balcony.
Crawfish cookout Friday was entertaining. There was good participation of competitors, and the layout for tasters was optimal. Enjoyed the tasty outing with my family. Support staff did a great jobs putting this event together.
Scenic and tranquil! The views from the patios are amazing and a quality selection at their pro shop. Hope to attend an event in the ball room one day.
Attended a Retirement Party here and it was a nice location on the water, by the airfield, and close to the back gate.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
