Full bar service run by the venue removes the most heavily regulated vendor on your list: licensed bartenders, liability handled, and packages by the hour or the head. The trade is control — venue-run bars usually mean their liquor, their pricing, and rules about outside alcohol (and, on a public beach, whether alcohol is allowed at all). Ask which model each venue runs — full package bar, "you buy, we pour," or an approved partner — and whether a beach ceremony allows drinks on the sand.
