From the reviews
Great course! The views from the holes on the bay are particularly special. The greens are well kept and the course is a challenge. The clubhouse has a good vibe and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to have lunch or a beer after the round.
What a terrific family destination... Left DC in the morning and arrived at the property by lunch. Bike around the adorable historic town, stop for lemonade and ice cream all along the beachfront and grab lunch and dinner at the cute rustic restaurants on the property and in town.
Love the option to play either an Nicklaus of Palmer signature course here. We played Jack's course and it was quite difficult (as most of his are) with plenty of waste-bunkers that at times would span the length of the fairway, small tricky greens, pot bunkers, and many more obstacles.
Getting married at Bay Creek
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
