From the reviews
This is a review about the Wedding Venue Oyster Farm @ kings Creek Marina. The perfect wedding venue that has it all. Bay, Beach, lodging, marina, restaurant and venue. Casual or sophisticated. The Bay views are spectacular for dining and for the wedding..
One of the nicest marinas on the shore. Very well kept docks and facilities. Small live-aboard contingent. Has a small town vibe as it's one of only two marinas in a town of less than 1,000 full-time residents. Friday and Saturday on C-Pier is always a good time.
This is the jewel of the Eastern Shore. It looks like a Caribbean Resort! Restaurants on the grounds. Tiki bar at the end of the promenade dock. Perfect and polite staff. Wonderful facilities. Really clean heads and showers. Everything you could want is right here
Went there for an outdoor wedding. Didn't stay there, but ate two meals there which were good.
Getting married at The Oyster Farm Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
