Held a baby shower for my sister and it was a perfect venue. Would love to have my wedding shower though. Lots of tables and chairs for a big party, kitchen area with serving area, bar with extra seating, and big bathrooms for guests to use. Even has an outdoor grilling and seating area.
I was there for celebration of life, and it was a splendid day, and a great place to have it. Thanks to the citizens of Bay Village for having a little slice of paradise it made everyone's afternoon
Great place to host an event! Wish the floor was cleaned up prior to us getting there but it wasn’t a huge deal. The space is large, there’s plenty of tables/chairs, and not too pricey!
Getting married at Bay Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
