Location is beautiful, right on the beach. The hotel is older & has been repainted but felt clean. It unfortunately has minimal views of the ocean from the rooms. It has thin walls & was noisy. The bed was comfortable (and I’m picky). The shower pressure was good and it was hot!
The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect with it being directly on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants!
A middle of the road room with good amenities and a great location. The good: Location is amazing if you want to be in the thick of the action. The Tiki Hut is in your backyard and all of Coligny shopping is walking distance. The pool is great.
The Beach House Hilton Head Island hotel was a great choice for our last-minute holiday weekend trip. We found the hotel to be in a great location, with a nice, clean pool and well-maintained property. The food at the Tiki Hut was good, and the service was great.
Getting married at Beach House Hilton Head Island
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
