Had a really great stay here. The property has a prime oceanfront location in an area that finding ocean front hotels is very rare. The rooms are huge with patio/deck and fireplaces to watch the sunset. I highly recommend the ocean front premium rooms.
My room faced the Pacific ocean, and the sunset views were worth every penny. They give you a gas log for your in-room fireplace which is on the boardwalk facing the volleyball courts and the ocean. It was convenient home base to walk around Hermosa Beach and try sidewalk cafes, visit shops, and soak in the sun.

We are from Colorado and have stayed here 4 times. If you can swing it, get the oceanfront premium room. When you open your room door you will be amazed. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and crashing waves of the ocean. Totally worth the money!!

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
