Loved everything about Beach Plum Farm. Farm grown food and so the lunch we ordered was delicious and fresh. Plenty of room to dine outside with friends and family. We loved the cute gift shop.
We stayed at the Hill Barn and absolutely loved our stay. The lodging itself was pristine - well-spaced out, clean, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful details everywhere -- fresh eggs, juice, and milk in the fridge and challah bread and blackberry jam on the counter.
We stayed in the charming Winona house. It was a large layout with lots of space. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and two common areas. It was wonderfully decorated and relaxing. First class service from Beach plum and their staff. They really went out of their way to create a wonderful vacation.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hill Barn! Ed and Marco were absolutely wonderful and were so responsive & helpful during our stay! They helped us with our itinerary, provided excellent recommendations and made our dinner reservations for us. The cottage was stunning and extremely clean.
Getting married at Beach Plum Farm Cottages
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
