I know everyone loves the winery in the spring and summer, but it is truly SO magical during Christmas! It was beautifully decorated, and gave our guests the most amazing experience.
First time coming to Willow Creek and it was too busy to sit inside. So we went to the outside bar where we were told, and we were lucky enough to get two seats next to Donnie. He is not just a great bartender but he is also a show! The way he can joke with the crowd and control the people is hilarious.
Shout out to Chicken Little and the Rooster! We opted to do tastings of all the estate wines so we could appreciate truly local NJ wines. The property is beautiful, service is super friendly and welcoming, and the wines were all great even on a hot day.
Getting married at Willow Creek Winery & Farm
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
