This is our semi annual vacation spot for our family of 4. The two little ones share the pullout couch and we take the bed. It's a little tight but we make it work and it beats camping near the beach. The location is amazing.
Booked directly for #404 and it was ideal for our June week’s visit. Although the king sized bed makes the bedroom a bit tight, it was very comfortable and we like the size. Kitchen was well appointed with pots and pans, but a set of potholders for removing dishes from the oven and a cookie sheet would be helpful.
Beacher’s Lodge is an incredible property. I brought my family for an unforgettable trip. We loved having a full kitchen, a patio with a true ocean front view, playing in the tide pools, making sand castles, hanging out by the pool.
Older smallish yet very clean Ocean Sunrise balcony condo w all needs met. From Beach towels n chairs 2 Drip coffee maker n filters! Owner was attentive. Location within 5 minutes of a Publix n Starbucks. Our 3 Restaurant choices were Sunset Grill, Caps On The Water, and Aunt Kate's. Enjoy!
Getting married at Beacher's Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
