Absolutely amazing getaway! Blue is the perfect New England Inn but elevated :). The room is updated and cozy with an electric fireplace. The Adirondack chairs were great for watching the sunrise and just relaxing. There is a hot tub facing the ocean and plenty of lounge chairs on your private beach area.
Our recent stay at Blue Inn was absolutely wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The property was peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff.
Hi! I have to share that my visit to Blue was tremendous! Tommy was wonderful and accommodating. The room had every thing we could possibly want with many extras. The view of the ocean was divine.
Highly recommend a visit to this beach bar with stunning views. Such a hidden gem. The cocktails are perfect, the prices are super reasonable, and the staff are amazing (shoutout to Macy and Liv). This is the place to go for an authentic North Shore beach experience!
Getting married at Blue - Inn on the Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
