Jeep Go Topless Weekend was dope.. For my first time in 2017 I definitely will be a return visitor for the years to come.. Great crowd, beautiful women and all the sunshine and blue skies that one would love to take in..
Pros: Nice area. You're able to drive your vehicle on the beach. Cost is only $10 to park on the beach. You can also camp overnight on the beach. Everyone is very friendly. The man from the beach patrol was extreamly helpful and friendly. Con: Beach needs to be cleaned up.
I always go to Bolivar when I go to Galveston. Crystal beach to me is the best beach in Galveston. Very clean and nice. I would love to live down there someday. Wish they would bring the horses back to the beach. That was always nice riding them up and down Crystal beach.
Bolivar and Crystal Beach are incredibly clean and family friendly! The community goes above and beyond in hospitality by warmly welcoming visitors and providing a wonderful beach experience! Bolivar Tourism is very informative helpful and very hands in the community!
Getting married at Bolivar Peninsula Tourism and Visitors Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
