Ms. Carol, the B&B's owner, is very helpful and friendly. She answered the phone fairly late and offered us a room when we needed one last minute. The location is very close to the beach! She has nice rooms with comfortable beds, TVs, full baths, and coffee pots. Some rooms have microwaves.
Very nice place, only a couple minute walk to the beach. My fiance and I were on our way from Arizona to New Orleans, after 2 days of driving I decided to cut down highway 124 in search of the beach.
My husband and I took a last minute mini rode trip to Crystal Beach, our first time. Our stay with Ms. Carol was a very nice, love her personality! Due to Covid no food was provided, but the stay and distance from the water was great. We shall return! Thank you Ms. Carol

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
